How do I save my date?


Answer:

A deposit of 50% of your total is due at the time you reserve the date and items.  The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.


Question:

Will my order be delivered and picked up?  


Answer:

Yes, there is a fee of $1.50 per mile for delivery and pick up service.


Question:

Is there a damage or loss agreement?


Answer:

Yes, there is a $50.00 breakage/loss deposit added to every reservation.  This will be refunded within 10 days of the event, providing any breakage/loss invoices have been paid within the five day contracted period.


Question:

What happens if there is damage or loss?


Answer:

If damage occurs, breaks, cracks, chips, or if a piece is lost, the renter will be assessed a dollar amount of  ten times the rental price for each item. An invoice will be issued within three business days. Payment is due within five days of receipt of the invoice.


Question:

What happens if my event is canceled?


Answer:

All payments made are nonrefundable in case of a cancellation. This excludes the damage/loss deposit.


Question:

Do I have to wash the dishes?


Answer:

No, the rented items will be returned to us unwashed.  They must be wiped free of solids and liquids, inserts placed between each piece, and placed back into the crates in which it was delivered in. We will hand wash the items when returned. 


Question:

What do I use to wipe everything?


Answer:

Please use a rubber spatula or paper towel.  DO NOT wash the items or use a metal scraper on them.


Question:

Will the China match my color scheme?


Answer:

We offer an assortment of mismatched China that is sure to go with all colors!
